The first 117 pre-release is here. Were now releasing the first and hopefully only release candidate for Caves Cliffs. This update adds amethyst geodes along with amethyst blocks and items copper ore and its derived forms deepslate and its variants and the goat.

Java Edition 1171 is now available in the launcher fixing a few more crashes and bugs. Minecraft 117 Release Candidate 1. 1171 is a minor update to Java Edition released on July 6 2021 which changes some game mechanics and fixes bugs. It took me sometime to find the fix to this too.
